프로덕트에 두제품 출품해서 하나는 수상하고 하나는 수상 못햇는데
수상한제품은 다음과 같은 메일을 받았습니다.
돌려받기위한 옵션이 아니라 전시전까지 보관해주는데 비용을 받는다는 것 같은데,,
나중에 따로 반출을 해준다는건지...잘 모르겠네요..
그리고 수상못한 제품은 반출절차에대해서 나오지 않아 어떻게 돌려 받는지 모르겠습니다.

Your award winning entries will be displayed at the iF exhibition
Hamburg. Please note the relevant exhibition period for your
entries.
Entries for exhibition period 1:
Will be delivered by iF from
the jury hall to the exhibition area where they will be presented.
Entries for exhibition period 2 and 3:
Will be ready for interim
pick-up or storage from the end of February 2016 onwards.
The participant is
responsible for picking up the entry him/herself.
Please login into «my
iF», SHOW OVERVIEW. Click on the link «shipping information» and enter one
of
the following logistic options for each entry.
DEADLINE: 10
FEBRUARY
1) Fee-based storage:
iF's logistics partner DHL TFE will
store the entry until exhibition. The storage fee is EUR 50.00 per entry. If the
participant chooses this option, the participant will receive a separate invoice
from DHL TFE.
2) Temporary pick up:
The entry can be picked-up by the
participant but has to be returned in time for the respective exhibition period.
If you choose this option, you must commission a forwarding company or courier
to pick up your product(s) from DHL. Pick up is possible from 23 of February to
11 March 2016, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.

DHL TFE directly to request a quote for returning the entry.
IMPORTANT
If you do not select one of the logistics options, your
entries will not presented in the iF design exhibition Hamburg. The above
pick-up dates are fixed and mandatory. Products that are not stored or picked up
by the end of this period will be disposed by iF and will incur a fee for
disposal.
To ensure a smooth process, the participant must inform DHL TFE
one day before pick up by email or phone. The entry-ID (for example
309-x-xxxxxx) is needed as the reference number for pick up. The participant
must give all entry-IDs to the carrier, as otherwise it will be impossible for
iF to identify and release all products/entries to the freight carrier.
